Welcome to Greenland Nurseries. These Terms of service (“Terms”) govern your use of greenlandnurseries.shop and purchases of greenhouse kits, cold frames, composters, garden beds, polycarbonate panels, and grower accessories from our Riverside, California garden center. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Online store & eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your state to place an order. Products and prices on greenlandnurseries.shop are offered for customers in the United States unless we state otherwise at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock limits.

Products & descriptions

We work to describe greenhouse kits, panels, and accessories accurately, including sizes, materials, and intended outdoor use. Photos and dimensions are for guidance; minor manufacturer variations can occur. It is your responsibility to confirm site prep, local permits, foundation needs, and fit before assembly. If a listing looks wrong, contact us before you buy.

Orders, pricing & payment

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation email. Prices are shown in USD and may change until you complete checkout. Payment is processed securely through Shopify’s payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.

Shipping, pickup & delivery

Shipping, free U.S. delivery rules, cutoff times, and estimates are described in our Shipping policy and Delivery areas page. Local pickup is available at our Riverside address when selected at checkout. You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate shipping address and for receiving bulky greenhouse or panel deliveries.

Returns, damage & defects

Returns, exchanges, and refunds follow our Refund and returns policy (United States orders; in-store returns at our Riverside garden center within the stated window). Damaged or defective goods are handled under Damage and defects. Please report shipping damage promptly with photos.

Use of the website

You may use greenlandnurseries.shop for lawful shopping and research. You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content at scale, or interfere with store operations. Product images, logos, and copy on the site belong to Greenland Nurseries or their licensors and may not be reused for commercial purposes without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Greenland Nurseries is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products, including installation, weather exposure, or site conditions beyond our control. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where California or other applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you cannot waive as a consumer.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your state apply.
