Shipping policy

Greenland Nurseries ships greenhouse kits, cold frames, composters, garden beds, polycarbonate panels, and grower accessories from our Riverside, California garden center to customers across the United States. This policy explains how free shipping works, when we process orders, and what to expect for delivery timing.

Free shipping (United States)

United States orders ship free. Rates are confirmed at checkout.

Free shipping applies to eligible U.S. destinations shown at checkout. Oversized greenhouse kits, long polycarbonate sheets, and freight-handled items may display a carrier method or delivery note at checkout even when the shipping charge is $0 — that note is how we confirm the route for your order.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States. If your ZIP code cannot be served by our standard carriers, checkout will not complete that method; contact us and we will help find an option when available.

Local pickup is available at 8200 Victoria Ave., Riverside, CA 92504 when selected at checkout.

Order cutoff & processing

Order cutoff: 2:00 PM (GMT-06:00) Central Time (Chicago), Monday–Friday. Orders after cutoff, or on weekends/holidays, begin processing the next business day.

Handling: 1–2 business days
Transit: typically 3–5 business days
Total estimate: about 4–7 business days after the order enters processing

Holidays can extend estimates. Greenhouse kits and panel orders may need extra packing time within the handling window so panels and frames arrive protected.

Tracking & delivery

When your package ships, we send a confirmation email with carrier tracking. Large greenhouse or panel shipments may arrive by parcel carrier or scheduled freight — someone should be available to receive bulky deliveries.

Please inspect cartons and panels on arrival. Note any visible freight damage on the delivery receipt and contact us promptly with photos so we can help with a claim or replacement under our damage and refund policies.

Address accuracy

Use a complete shipping address, including apartment or unit numbers. Incorrect or incomplete addresses can delay transit or require reshipment at the customer’s expense when the carrier returns the package.
